Oh God, with you we entered the evening, with you we became in the morning, with you we live, with you we die, and to you is the return.

We have embraced the nature of Islam, the word sincerity, the religion of our Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the upright religion of our father Abraham. A Muslim, and he was not of the polytheists.
Once
God does not burden a soul beyond its capacity. It is for it what it has earned and upon it is what it has earned. Our Lord, do not hold us accountable if we forget or make a mistake. Our Lord, nor Lay upon us a burden just as You laid upon those before us, our Lord, and do not burden us with what we have no strength to bear, but pardon us and forgive us and have mercy on us. Our Master, so help us against the disbelieving people.
The end of Surah Al-Baqarah - the last verse
Oh God, in the evening I bear witness to You, and I bear witness to the bearers of Your throne, and to Your angels, and to all of Your creation, that You are God, there is no god but You alone. Your partner, and Muhammad is your servant and Messenger.

The Messenger believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and so do the believers. Everyone believes in God and His angels and His books and His messengers. We make no distinction between any of His messengers. And they said, “We have heard and obeyed. Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the return.”
The endings of Surat Al-Baqarah - whoever recites them in one night is sufficient for him
Oh God, You are my Lord, there is no god but You, You created me and I am Your servant, and I adhere to Your covenant and promise as much as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what What I have done, I acknowledge Your grace upon me, and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for no one forgives sins except You.
