The virtue of ablution

The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “Whoever performs ablution for prayer and performs it well, then goes to the prescribed prayer and prays it with the people... God will forgive him his sins.”

The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Whoever dies knowing that there is no god but God will enter Paradise.”

Performing ablution in difficult times

Should I show you the ablution of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace? He performed ablution three times, then said: “Whoever performs ablution like this will have his previous sins forgiven, and his prayer and walk to the mosque will be voluntary.”

The grave is the first house in the afterlife

Whenever Othman stood on a grave, he would cry until his beard was wet, and he would say, “I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: ‘The grave is the first place of the Hereafter, so if he escapes from it, then what comes after it is easier than it. “And what comes after it is more severe than it.”
